Information you provide

Knopp Management stores your sign-in identifier and email, farm profile, equipment identity and service dates, manual URLs and applicability notes, uploaded PDFs and extracted text, saved manual bookmarks, chatbot questions and source responses, manual requests, checklist progress and job notes, troubleshooting answers and findings, saved calculations, visit requests, membership entitlements, and operator credit and call records. Farm operations also stores shared equipment maps, system connections, manual-linked workflows, step completion with author and time, inventory, submitted forms, role-based team membership, access-link usage, audit events and uploaded photos. Farm owners and managers control access to their farm. A manual explicitly linked to farm equipment is made available to that farm team. Form links let holders submit a limited form; a typed name alone is not verified identity. Farm addresses and phone numbers are used to arrange the help you request.

Payments and calls

Stripe processes payment details when billing is enabled. Knopp Management stores payment references and access or credit information, but not full card numbers. Twilio routes support calls when phone service is enabled. This version does not record call audio.

How information is used

Information supports your account, paid access, saved work, billing reconciliation and service requests. Farmer Surplus administrators can review service requests, contact details and account status. Service providers process information necessary to operate the website, sign-in, payments and phone connections.

Access and removal

You can edit your farm profile and equipment records, update saved checklist notes, and delete saved calculations in your account. Email farmersurplus@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of other account information. Transaction and service records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute handling.

Cookies and links

Sign-in and connected checkout providers may use cookies needed for their services. External manufacturer links open websites governed by their own policies. Do not put passwords, card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in farm notes or visit requests.
